HORIZONS OF HOPE: A TOOLKIT FOR CATHOLIC PARISHES ON PALLIATIVE CARE

Horizons of Hope is a program designed for individuals seeking to learn more about palliative care and the Catholic Church’s teaching on end-of-life.

The program is directed to caregivers and persons recently diagnosed with a terminal illness. It offers family members resources and guidance as they journey with a loved one with life limiting illness.

This program is divided into four modules. We look forward to offering it on September 27, October 4, 11,and 18 in the JFK meeting room, starting 9:45 am to 11:45 am.
