A MESSAGE FROM THE SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL

As your Saints Martha and Mary, Saints Vincent De Paul Conference we thought you might like to know of the activities that we have been able to accomplish in the last six months due to your generous donations.

We actively listen and support those in need who call the Parish SSVP line.  We ensure that the funds are used appropriately and that our Neighbours are in Need. 

We have:

• disbursed Just over $10,000 to our NINS (Neighbours in Need) in food support
• disbursed more than $500 in bus tickets and clothing
• made about 100 visits to households in need and
• provided food and other support for about 200 people
• 46 active families on our roster.  Many are in such need we see them every month
• 7 children have applied for the SSVP summer camps. The camps are fully funded by the SSVP

None of this would have been possible without your generous donations. We are truly grateful and blessed to have your support. Thank you
