SENIORS IN FRIENDSHIP

OPEN INVITATION TO ALL SENIORS (60 YEARS YOUNG AND UP!!)

Whether you are a junior senior (60 to 80) or a senior senior (81 to 100+), you are invited to join this special group. Resuming January 15^th, 2025, come, meet and socialise with your fellow parishioners on a regular basis, every other Wednesday from 1 to 3 pm, in the fully accessible Knights of Columbus Hall.

We live in the moment enjoying a variety of activities - Bingo, Name That Tune, puzzles, movie afternoons, reflexology, line dancing, chair stretching exercises, to name just a few.   We love potluck luncheons and celebrating birthdays together.  Coffee and delectable refreshments are provided.

We will be bringing in a variety of speakers in the coming months who will share with us important information on personal safety, health care and good nutrition, how to increase our vitality and embrace a healthy path to aging.  You will have an opportunity to hear key tips to remember when finalising your Will and Powers of Attorney and learn about title insurance. We plan on some luncheon and theatre outings.   And, we will all do some armchair travelling with a surprise “history” guest for Valentine’s Day.

2025 Meeting Dates:  January 15^th and 29^th; February 12^th and 26^th, March 12^th and 26^th, April 9^th and 23^rd, May 7^th and 21^st, June 4^th and 18^th.
