WHAT EXACTLY IS TAI CHI AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO OUR HEALTH? Join us at the next seniors' gathering as Jeff, an instructor with the Mississauga Active Adult Centre will introduce us to Tai Chi, a martial art practice that seamlessly combines exercise and meditation. He will then lead us through a 45-minute session of slow, gentle movements and controlled breathing which will benefit our circulation, posture and balance.
