COLLECTION FOR THE NEEDS OF THE CHURCH IN THE HOLY LAND

Every year at each Good Friday service across the world, a collection is taken for the Holy Land Commissariat. This collection supports:  maintenance and upkeep of the sacred shrines; aid to social, medical and charitable activities; adult faith formation, youth and family programmes, especially in regions affected by war; liturgical, ecumenical and communications; the formation of priests. 

It is vital that we support Christians living in the Holy Land, in order to maintain a Christian presence in the very land made holy by the life, death and Resurrection of Jesus.
