DAY WITH MARY

You are warmly invited by our Archbishop, Frank Cardinal Leo, to our first annual “Day With Mary.” This special event will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Villanova College, located at 2480 15th Sideroad in King City, ON.

The day-long celebration will include Holy Mass, the praying of the Rosary, Confessions, a keynote address, music, children’s catechesis, fellowship, and more.

As we celebrate our Jubilee Year, Pope Francis encourages us to seek a personal encounter with the Lord Jesus. One meaningful way to do this is through His and our Mother Mary. Encountering Her allows us to encounter Him, as the wise adage goes: "To Jesus through Mary", and as taught by the Second Vatican Council: “When the Mother is honored, the Son is duly known, loved, and glorified.”

So, come and join us on May 31 for a blessed encounter with the Lord in union with our Mother Mary.

UPDATES

• Leaving from Sts. Martha & Mary Church on May 31st at 8:30 am, returning at 4:00 pm.  
• Cost per person:  $30.00 each. No charge for children.  If 50 people sign up it would pay for the bus. ($1,500.00) There is no cost for the event.  
• Welcome to bring your own picnic lunch.  
• Payment can be made at the church office.  
• The day is for the whole family. There will be catechesis and activities for children of all ages. There will be a keynote address and powerful witnessings for the adults as well as Mass, Rosary and Rosary craft for the children. Confessions will be heard after lunch. This is a family-friendly way to grow deeper in our devotion tour Lady.
